Due to DPD's international boxed size restrictions, all EU orders are sent in a compacted box. This normally requires the chair to be dismantled by us, meaning you will need a basic tool kit for reassembly. We endeavour to ensure any reassembly procedures are as minimal & simple as possible for our customers, but please feel free to enquire beforehand if you are at all concerned.With certain chair designs, specialist tool kits are required to easily re-assemble. We welcome customers wishing to visit us for collections & trial seating.
We aim to be as accommodating as possible with collection times, so customers needing to collect at evenings or weekends need only to ask for our availability. Please note - before we can release any goods all orders must be paid for in full. Trial seating is highly recommended, as we appreciate it can be rather difficult to truly gauge a chair's overall comfort & suitability without trying it out first. So here at Designer & Ergonomic Seating LTD, we offer our customers the peace of mind that should they wish to return a chair, for any reason - then they can do so within 14 days from the order date. Once the return is approved, we will schedule DPD to collect the box on a weekday pre-arranged with you.
We should also make customers aware, DPD reserve the right to refuse collection of any parcels they deem unsuitably packaged for their courier network. We strive to ensure all orders are packaged as protected as possible to avoid any damages occurring in transit.
However, like every single parcel that enters a postal network, a very small percentage will unfortunately receive some accidental mishandling.
